In the pursuit of constantly improving what we teach, and because we genuinely enjoy what we do, over the weekend I visited a friend's gym in Kent run by Sifu Nigel Gilham (Senior Instructor) under Grandmaster Kim Han for some sparring and Chinese Kickboxing practice.
