Fighting Fit
Get fit, improve confidence with focused, bespoke private training sessions.
Using a combination of boxing, kickboxing exercises, we can work together to reach your fitness or martial goals.
You will generally start with boxing as this carries a relatively lower injury risk. Kicking and other techniques can then be introduced at a later stage.
Your fitness sessions will combine a mixture of pad work and circuit training, all starting and ending with a proper warm up and cool down.
