We currently have two regular classes:

Kickboxing/ Filipino Street Boxing : Thursdays 7-8.30pm,,

Advance booking is essential, class is limited to 6 people contact for availability 

 

First Class free. 

£15.00 PAYG or £40.00 per month

Knife defence: Last Sunday of the month. 

2 hour sessions. Only available to those who have attended kickboxing class or have some previous martial arts experience.

Weekly Arnis Weapons Class starting in October Contact to register interest.

 Private lessons. 

​

Designed around your goals, can cover kickboxing, fitness, weapons / knife defence or a combination of all depending on what you want to achieve. 

 

​​Sessions cost £50.00 for 1 hour

£70.00 for 90 minutes

First session half price (One hour) ​

If you don't want to train alone, then you can bring along friends/family at no extra cost. ​

Block Bookings 

Five One hour classes = £225.00 (save £25.00)

use with three months of purchase

Ten One hour classes = £425.00 (save £75.00)

use within 5 months  of purchase

Cancellation policy: Cancellation requires 24 hours notice.

any cancellation within 24 hours of appointment will be charged at full rate. ​
