Here's one of my latest classes with a student who has enrolled in my 1:1 Sanda/Chinese Kickboxing Program.

Here you can see I'm teaching this student how to do a sweep move, then letting him practice the same on me. We practice punching and head movement, all of these moves a part of the Sanda/Chinese Kickboxing Program training we offer to students.
